How far in advance should we book?+
The best dates go 9 to 18 months out, especially December and summer Saturdays. That said, always ask. A date sometimes opens up and we'd rather fill it than not.
What size band do we need?+
Most corporate parties and weddings book the 6-piece, our most-requested size. The 8-piece is our standard full-strength line-up, and the 10-piece is a full showband for a room that wants the works. Tell us your room and guest count and we'll recommend a size.
Do you travel outside Calgary?+
Yes. We're Calgary based and regularly play Banff, Lake Louise, Canmore and across Southern Alberta. Travel beyond that is no problem, just let us know where.
What do you handle on the night?+
Full sound and staging, run by us. It's the same team that's produced Fairmont New Year's Eve galas for 20+ years, from Banff Springs to Chateau Lake Louise now. We tailor the volume to the moment, from background dinner music to a full dance set.
Do you list pricing?+
We don't publish rates online because every package depends on your date, room and line-up size. Tell us about your event and we'll come back personally with a quote. Corporate and wedding packages are available.
Do you play recorded music between sets?+
Yes. We keep the energy up with curated playlists during breaks, and we can take a few of your must-play requests too.
